Ring sizing

Once you have chosen your ring, you need to make sure you are buying the right size. As most of our rings are one-off designs, we make them in most common sizes. If your ring size is outside of this range, we may be able to order it for you specially, although this could take 6 to 8 weeks. If you need your ring urgently, we may be able to have a standard ring re-sized for you at cost. However, with some styles of rings, this is not possible. Please email or call us and we will gladly help you.

Delivery information/ charges

Subject to availability all merchandise will be delivered by post as soon as possible by Royal mail Special delivery or 1st Class Signed for Service. Products are quality checked, and normally despatched within 1-3 working days of order. However if any product alterations are required then it can take up to 10 working days to dispatch your order.

 

The buyer will be informed in case of a delayed delivery. We shall not be liable for late delivery unless the date of delivery is confirmed in writing. In case of delayed delivery we guarantee redemption of the merchandise free of charge. No further liability accepted.

All international deliveries are charged at £12.00 per order.
