"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and English statutory and public holidays.

We do not sell goods to children online, but we do sell children's goods for purchase by people over 18.

Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

The buyer accepts our terms and conditions of sale with the placement of an order. We shall not be liable for all transmission or communication errors howsoever caused.

1.2 By confirming your order using the Discount Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for Discount through this site will not form part of any contract between us. 1.3 To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy the following order of precedence will apply:

2. Terms Relating to the Redemption of Discount Voucher

2.1To redeem your Discount Voucher you need to enter your Discount Code in the designated section on the checkout and click ‘Apply’ after placing your order online.

2.2 Only one Discount Voucher can be used per order of Product(s).

2.3 You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.

2.4 Generally, Discount Vouchers can only be used for one order unless specified otherwise.

2.5 The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.

2.6 Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value.

2.7 Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount Vouchers and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.

2.8 We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Discount Voucher scheme at any time.

3. Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions

3.1 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions of sale from time to time including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities.

3.2 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Discount Voucher, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods.

While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will not accept liability for availability of merchandise or misprint. All offers are subject to technical modifications.

The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the goods has since changed.

Refund and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange any item(s), you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging and original invoice within 15 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless Celeste London is at fault. These are personalized or altered at request or engraved items and pierced jewellery.

When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Any refund offered will be credited to your credit card within 28 days and will appear on your billing statement.

Before the return of any merchandise you must first call or email to get authorization and return shipping instructions. Approved claims reserve our choice to withdraw from the contract of sale, to replace goods free of charge, or to reduce the price. We thank you for your cooperation; your satisfaction is always our first priority.This does not affect your statuary rights.

Delivery

Subject to availability all merchandise will be delivered by post as soon as possible. Products are quality checked, and normally despatched within 1-3 days of order. The buyer will be informed in case of a delayed delivery. We shall not be liable for late delivery unless the date of delivery is confirmed in writing. In case of delayed delivery we guarantee redemption of the merchandise free of charge. No further liability accepted.

Liability

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall 5 Initials t/a Celeste London be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from this Web Site whether direct or indirect including, without limitation, any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, or incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if Celeste has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General

These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

Guarantee

If, due to faulty workmanship, something goes wrong with your purchase within three months of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
